The jungle-clad islands of the south and central Pacific were the setting for some of the closest and most intense conflicts of WWII. In such a place, often far removed from supplies, command posts near the front were made from whatever was available. This kit includes a green base with foot prints, a few weapons, and a command post made from wood and sandbags. It could easily represent either a WWII or Vietnam command post or a bunker for wargaming, dioramas, displays, and more.
