One of the most numerous and famous cars in world history is the Model T, produced by the Ford Motor Company. These cars were widely used on all fronts during WWI. In particular, the Australian Mounted Division had some British Ford production Model T cars with Lewis machine gun armament. These were called LCPs (Light Car Patrol) and saw combat in Egypt and Palestine in 1917 and 1918.
