The German heavy tank Tiger was only manufactured for two years, but it was unforgettable in the story of WWII. Almost impenetrable front armor in combination with excellent sight and the powerful long-range 88mm gun KwK 36 made the Tiger the most dangerous opponent during long-distance fighting, as it could fire effectively from such range.
