The F-16F (Block 60) is a two-seater cockpit conversion of the single-seat F-16C. Apart from a lower capacity internal fuselage fuel tank and additional weight from the extra cockpit equipment, the airframe and performance of the F-16D are nearly identical to that of the F-16C. It is superbly suitable for fighter pilot training and tactical fighting. The F-16F is equipped with the AN/APG-80AESA Phased Array radar to improve its detection range. It is chiefly used with the UAE Air Force now.
