What is Megahobby.com's Return Policy?
All returned item(s) must be received in saleable condition within 21 days of purchase. Any shrink-wrap packaging must be intact. Please include original paper work and/or order number with returned item(s). Upon our receipt of the item(s), you will receive a credit for the amount of the item(s) returned, shipping excluded. Once the returned item(s) are received, please allow 7 Business Days for the credit to be processed.  All items must be returned to the following address:

If your items are returned after 21 days after date of purchase you will receive a Store Credit.  Please note that the Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  We do not charge a restocking fee.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?
If your box arrives damaged, contact the shipping company immediately to put in a claim. The Shipping Company will contact us with the Claim information typically within 2 - 6 Business Days.  After we have been contacted by the carrier we will contact you concerning a replacement item.
