1/400 Scale. In May 1941, in company with the new battleship Prince of Wales, HMS Hood was sent out to search for the German battleship Bismarck. On the morning of 24th May 1941, they found the enemy in the Denmark Strait. One or more of Bismarcks fifteen-inch shells got into Hoods aft magazines and she sank in moments.
